Experience is at the core of American Realty Services, starting with our co-founders Rick Caruso and James Harvey. They are seasoned real estate professionals with a combined 70+ years in real estate, closing thousands of deals. They have handled a multitude of different transactions, and situations across of broad range of properties and clients, including clients such as Soros Fund Management, Dennis Rodman, and Russian billionaire Aponov. Their level of expertise, regular market analysis, and their ability to anticipate and adapt to market fluctuations allows them to skillfully and effectively advise their clients in navigating the real estate market.
